1. Policy Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy protects Marketing Paths, its users, connected platforms, and the public from unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or high-risk use. It applies to all use of Marketing Paths, including generated content, uploads, automations, campaigns, integrations, publishing, tracking, support, and community activity.

2. Illegal, Harmful, or Abusive Activity

You may not use Marketing Paths to violate any law, regulation, court order, platform rule, or third-party right. Prohibited activity includes fraud, scams, phishing, credential theft, malware, hacking, evasion, identity theft, exploitation, harassment, threats, doxxing, trafficking, or activity that could cause harm to people, property, systems, or rights.

3. Spam, Manipulation, and Platform Abuse

You may not use Marketing Paths to send unsolicited bulk messages, create fake engagement, manipulate reviews, inflate traffic, scrape platforms without permission, bypass rate limits, evade bans, cloak destinations, mislead users, or abuse connected services. You are responsible for complying with email, SMS, advertising, affiliate, social media, and platform-specific rules.

4. Intellectual Property and Content Rights

You may not upload, generate, publish, distribute, or sell content that infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, publicity, privacy, contractual, or other rights. You must have appropriate rights for images, logos, screenshots, testimonials, third-party content, product data, brand references, and materials used in campaigns.

5. Regulated and High-Risk Content

You are responsible for complying with rules that apply to health, finance, investing, legal services, taxes, employment, housing, education, insurance, credit, politics, sweepstakes, supplements, earnings opportunities, affiliate promotions, and other regulated or sensitive topics. Do not publish unsupported claims, deceptive guarantees, hidden material connections, or content that requires professional review without obtaining that review.

6. Sensitive Data and Security

Do not submit payment card numbers, government IDs, medical records, passwords, private keys, authentication secrets, children’s data, or highly sensitive personal information unless a feature specifically requests it and you have the legal authority to provide it. Do not attempt to obtain, expose, or misuse another person’s credentials, tokens, accounts, or confidential data.

7. Prohibited Technical Conduct

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, resell, sublicense, frame, mirror, interfere with, overload, scan, test, exploit, or bypass Marketing Paths systems except where expressly authorized in writing. You may not use bots, scripts, or automated access in a way that harms service integrity or violates published limits.

8. Enforcement and Remedies

Marketing Paths may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, block publishing, revoke integrations, throttle usage, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve evidence, notify affected parties, or report activity to providers or authorities when appropriate. We are not obligated to provide refunds or data exports after termination for cause unless required by law.
