1. Purpose
Marketing Paths is built to help users create lawful, useful, and honest marketing campaigns. These Community Guidelines apply to support channels, shared spaces, comments, feedback, user communications, community areas, and any interaction connected to Marketing Paths.
2. Be Honest and Accurate
Do not impersonate another person or business, misrepresent credentials, fake reviews or testimonials, falsify screenshots, invent endorsements, hide material relationships, or create campaigns designed to mislead people. Claims about earnings, rankings, health, finance, legal matters, results, or performance must be truthful, supportable, and properly disclosed.
3. Respect Other People
Harassment, threats, hate, intimidation, targeted abuse, stalking, doxxing, sexual harassment, exploitation, or attempts to shame or silence others are not allowed. Do not post another person’s private information without permission.
4. Use Content Responsibly
Only upload or share content, images, documents, links, customer data, testimonials, brand assets, and personal information that you have the legal right to use. Do not submit stolen, confidential, private, infringing, or unlawfully obtained materials.
5. Use AI Responsibly
AI-assisted tools must not be used to deceive people, manufacture fake authority, create scams, impersonate real people, publish unsupported claims, generate illegal instructions, or evade platform rules. Users must review generated output before publishing or relying on it.
6. Protect the Platform
Do not attempt to overload, probe, scrape, reverse engineer, exploit, bypass, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to Marketing Paths, user accounts, connected services, APIs, servers, or security controls.
7. Keep Support Useful
When contacting support or participating in community spaces, provide accurate details, avoid abusive language, and do not submit repetitive, fraudulent, or bad-faith requests. We may limit support access for abusive or unsafe conduct.
8. Enforcement
Marketing Paths may remove content, hide posts, restrict features, disable integrations, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or report conduct when needed to protect users, the platform, connected services, or legal compliance. Enforcement decisions are made at our discretion.
