Copyright & DMCA Policy

How rights owners can report alleged copyright infringement and how users may respond.

Last updated: May 22, 2026

1. Respect for Intellectual Property

Marketing Paths respects intellectual property rights and expects users to upload, generate, publish, and distribute only content they have the right to use. Users are responsible for clearing rights to text, images, screenshots, logos, testimonials, product information, audio, video, documents, prompts, and other materials used in campaigns.

2. DMCA Designated Agent Notice

If Marketing Paths qualifies as a service provider under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, it should maintain publicly available designated-agent contact information and a current registration with the U.S. Copyright Office. The U.S. Copyright Office states that a service provider must make designated-agent contact information available on its website and provide the same information to the Copyright Office’s online directory.

3. How to Send a Copyright Takedown Notice

A copyright owner or authorized agent may submit a written notice through the Contact page. To help us review the request, include:

  • a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
  • identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  • identification of the material claimed to be infringing and enough information for us to locate it;
  • your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notice through the Contact page. A counter-notice should include:

  • your physical or electronic signature;
  • identification of the material removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal;
  • a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification;
  • your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
  • a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court and accepting service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person’s agent, where required by law.

5. Repeat Infringers

Marketing Paths may suspend or terminate users who repeatedly infringe or who repeatedly receive credible infringement complaints. We may also remove or disable content, restrict publishing, revoke integrations, or take other action when necessary to protect rights and reduce legal risk.

6. Misrepresentations

Submitting false or bad-faith infringement notices or counter-notices may create legal liability. Submit only accurate notices that you are authorized to send.

7. Trademark, Publicity, Privacy, and Other Rights

Complaints involving trademark, likeness, privacy, publicity, confidential information, or other non-copyright rights may also be submitted through the Contact page with enough detail for review. Marketing Paths may take action at its discretion but is not a court and does not adjudicate private disputes.

Questions, notices, or requests about this page may be sent through the Contact page.
