Last updated: May 22, 2026

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Marketing Paths collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects information when you visit our website, create an account, use our software, connect third-party services, communicate with us, or interact with our tools, templates, automations, publishing features, analytics, and related services.

By using Marketing Paths, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in this policy and in our Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, and any additional notices shown inside the platform.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly, information generated by your use of the platform, and information received from connected services when you authorize an integration. This may include:

  • Account information: name, email address, login credentials, account preferences, profile details, support history, and administrative settings.
  • Billing and subscription information: plan status, purchase history, renewal status, payment processor identifiers, invoices, and transaction records. Full card details are handled by payment processors and are not intended to be stored by Marketing Paths.
  • Campaign and content information: niches, affiliate products, links, prompts, drafts, images, author profiles, WordPress site details, campaign plans, tracking data, generated content, uploads, and publishing settings.
  • Connected account information: tokens, permissions, IDs, page or site metadata, publishing destinations, status messages, and other information needed to provide the connection you request.
  • Device, log, and usage information: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, feature usage, dates and times of access, diagnostic logs, errors, and security events.
  • Communications: messages, emails, support requests, feedback, attachments, and other information you submit to us.

3. Information From Integrations

When you connect WordPress, Facebook, Meta, or another third-party service, you authorize Marketing Paths to access and process the information necessary to operate the requested feature. Depending on the integration, this may include account identifiers, page or site names, publishing permissions, post status, media information, and content you choose to send or retrieve.

You may disconnect supported integrations inside Marketing Paths when available, through the third-party provider, or by following our published disconnect instructions. Disconnecting an integration may stop related features from working, but it may not remove content already published to third-party platforms.

4. How We Use Information

Marketing Paths may use information to:

  • provide, operate, personalize, secure, maintain, and improve the platform;
  • create, save, analyze, generate, schedule, publish, and track campaigns and content at your direction;
  • manage subscriptions, billing, account access, notices, support, and administrative messages;
  • detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to fraud, abuse, spam, security incidents, policy violations, and unlawful activity;
  • maintain records needed for business, tax, accounting, dispute, legal, compliance, and security purposes;
  • enforce our Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, Community Guidelines, and other agreements;
  • comply with applicable laws, court orders, subpoenas, regulatory requests, and lawful process.

5. AI, Automation, and Generated Output

Marketing Paths may process prompts, instructions, campaign details, connected-site context, saved settings, uploaded materials, and user content to produce AI-assisted recommendations, drafts, titles, outlines, images, publishing plans, and tracking suggestions. Generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, duplicative, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving output before publishing, sending, relying on, or monetizing it.

6. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, logs, and analytics tools to keep users signed in, remember preferences, understand product usage, improve performance, prevent abuse, measure marketing, and secure the service. You can control some cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect platform functionality.

7. How We Share Information

We may disclose information to service providers, contractors, processors, payment providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, customer support tools, security vendors, communication tools, and connected platforms that help us operate the service. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with business transfers, to enforce our agreements, or with your consent or direction.

Marketing Paths does not sell personal information to advertisers for money. If future features involve targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or data sharing that creates additional legal rights, we will update disclosures and provide required choices.

8. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or information about how personal information is used and shared. Some jurisdictions, including California, require privacy policies to describe rights such as knowing, deleting, correcting, opting out of certain sale or sharing, limiting certain sensitive information uses, and non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

We will review requests according to applicable law and may ask for information needed to verify your identity and account authority. We may deny or limit requests where permitted by law, including for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing records, dispute resolution, backups, or legitimate business needs.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, detect abuse, secure the platform, and support legitimate business operations. Retention periods vary based on the type of data, account status, legal requirements, backup cycles, and operational needs.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system, website, cloud service, integration, or internet transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for using strong passwords, protecting your devices, limiting account access, and safeguarding connected account credentials and tokens.

11. Children

Marketing Paths is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. Users may not knowingly submit information from children unless they have all required legal authority and consent. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable law, we may delete it.

12. International Users

If you access Marketing Paths from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate. Those countries may have data protection laws different from your location.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates are effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Continued use of Marketing Paths after an update means you acknowledge the updated policy.
